Pros must not share false, misleading, incomplete, or speculative responses.
Uncertainty or limitations in knowledge must be disclosed transparently.

Responses must be general and educational, not tailored financial advice.
Pros may not suggest or speculate on specific dollar figures or financial outcomes, unless clearly necessary for clarity and provided with appropriate disclaimers.
Pros may not endorse or promote financial products, institutions, or services.

Pros must act to empower and inform Clients, without exploiting their position for financial or professional gain.
Pros must remain neutral and not take advantage of information asymmetry or user trust.
2.3 Transparency & Disclosure
All potential or perceived conflicts of interest must be disclosed when responding to questions.
Any past or current relationship with financial entities relevant to the topic must be appropriately stated.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
3.1 Handling User Data Responsibly
Pros must respect Client privacy and abide by Quebec privacy regulations, including the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector.
Client data may not be stored, shared, or used outside the Dimedove platform.
Only the minimal necessary information should be used to construct a meaningful response.

Any links to external resources must be directly relevant, factual (e.g., government sites, public tools), and free of any promotional or affiliate intent.
4.2 No AI or Automation Abuse
Pros are responsible for all content they submit, regardless of the tools used to assist in creation.
Mass-produced, templated, or AI-generated content that lacks human oversight is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Compliance with Platform Policies
Pros must comply with Dimedove’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other platform-wide policies or processes.
Cooperation with content audits or moderation requests is expected.
