  • Profile & Transaction Data: Information related to financial questions, Pro applications, income, employment, and platform usage.

When using the platform, Dimedove may collect:

  • Kinde (user authentication)

  • Segment by Twilio (analytics)

  • Regulatory Authorities, when required by applicable law

Pros are strictly prohibited from exporting or using Client data outside the platform, even if such data is shared voluntarily by a Client.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services and maintain platform integrity

  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requests

  • Enforce our agreements and resolve disputes

Where possible, data is anonymized or securely deleted. Some non-personal metadata may be retained for internal audit, compliance, or performance tracking.
