Pro Q&A Monetization Program Policy

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Program, the following definitions apply:

  • "Pro": A verified and approved user on the Dimedove platform authorized to contribute financial answers to Client questions.

  • "Client": An individual using Dimedove to ask questions related to personal financial topics.

  • "Qualifying Answer": A submission by a Pro that meets all criteria outlined in Section 6 of this policy.

  • "Platform Time": The Eastern Time Zone (Toronto, Canada), used for all payment calculations and cutoff times.

  • "Program": Refers to the Dimedove Pro Q&A Monetization Program described herein.

  • "Credits": The on-platform currency used within the Dimedove ecosystem to reward Pros for their contributions and enable access to premium features, tools, and services on the platform. Credits have no cash value and their use is subject to Dimedove's terms and policies.

2. Program Overview

The Dimedove Pro Q&A Monetization Program ("Program") allows eligible Pros to earn credits for contributing timely, relevant, and high-quality financial answers to Client questions on the Dimedove platform.

The Program is designed to reward professionals who validate and enhance AI-generated answers with their own experience, knowledge, and contextual insight.

3. Eligibility & Participation

To participate in the Program, a Pro must:

  • Be in good standing on the Dimedove platform;

  • Successfully complete the Pro application and verification process;

  • Adhere at all times to the Pro Code of Conduct, Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all related policies.

Dimedove reserves the right to suspend, deny, or revoke a Pro's access to the Program at its sole discretion and without notice, including for any violations of applicable rules or submission of low-effort or abusive content.

Participation in the Program is entirely optional and does not entitle any individual to continued inclusion.

4. Compensation Structure

Compensation is provided on a per-answer basis for each Qualifying Answer, calculated based on the time elapsed between question publication and the Pro's submission:

All time calculations are based on Platform Time (Toronto, Canada).

5. Daily & Weekly Caps

To preserve the sustainability of the Program, compensation is subject to the following limits:

  • Daily Cap: 200 credits per day per Pro

  • Weekly Cap: 1,000 credits per week per Pro

Once a Pro has reached the daily or weekly cap, no additional payments will be issued for the remainder of that period.

These limits are subject to change at any time without notice.

6. Qualifying Answer Criteria

An answer must meet the following conditions to be considered a Qualifying Answer:

  • Authored exclusively by the Pro;

  • Enhances or validates the AI-generated response with meaningful insight, professional judgment, or contextual examples;

  • Demonstrates relevance and clear value to the Client's query;

  • Adheres to the Community Guidelines and aligns with the Pro's certified area(s) of expertise;

  • Avoids plagiarism, self-promotion, redundancy, or filler language.

Dimedove retains sole discretion in determining whether an answer qualifies and reserves the right to deny compensation for any submission, regardless of intent or volume.

7. Credit Distribution & Timing

Credits are distributed weekly, generally within 7 business days after the end of the calendar week.

All credits are added directly to the Pro's account balance within the Dimedove platform.

There is no minimum distribution threshold.

Pros are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Credit distribution methods, frequency, and other conditions may be updated or changed by Dimedove at any time without prior notice.

8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Dimedove reserves the right to withhold or reclaim credits in the event of any suspected misuse of the platform or Program, including:

  • Submission of mass low-effort or templated answers;

  • Circumvention of answer timing mechanisms;

  • Any activity that manipulates or exploits the question-and-answer flow;

  • Coordinated abuse between users to inflate compensation;

  • Providing knowingly false or misleading information.

Confirmed violations may result in permanent removal from the Program and/or the Dimedove platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Pros may dispute credit decisions by contacting [email protected]. Dimedove will review all disputes in good faith but reserves exclusive authority in all final determinations regarding Program eligibility or compensation.

10. Pro Conduct

All Pros are expected to conduct themselves professionally and uphold the highest standards of financial clarity, transparency, and respect. This includes:

  • Respecting Clients and fellow Pros;

  • Remaining objective and constructive;

  • Avoiding personal opinions that are not backed by professional rationale;

  • Refraining from unauthorized referrals or commercial promotion.

Misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including loss of Program access.

11. Force Majeure & Downtime

Dimedove is not liable for delays or failures in Program execution caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, technical malfunctions, payment provider errors, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

12. Modifications & Termination

Dimedove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time and without prior notice, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in credit amounts;

  • Adjustments to eligibility criteria;

  • Alteration of timing rules or limits;

  • Full or partial discontinuation of the Program.

Continued participation in the Program after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Credit Usage & Limitations

Credits earned through this Program:

  • Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency;

  • May be used exclusively within the Dimedove platform for designated features, tools, and services;

  • Are subject to all terms, conditions, and limitations established by Dimedove;

  • May expire after a period of inactivity as defined in the general Terms of Service.

Dimedove reserves the right to modify the use cases, value, and functionality of credits at any time.

14. No Employment or Contractor Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or contractor relationship between the Pro and Dimedove. This Program is offered as an optional incentive for qualified contributors. Nothing in this document shall be construed as an employment contract, engagement agreement, or financial guarantee.

15. Acknowledgment

By participating in the Dimedove Pro Q&A Monetization Program, the Pro acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as all related Dimedove policies. Pros further acknowledge that these terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
